Booking & Service Policy

Any cancellation or reschedule made within 12 hours of the appointment will lose deposit.

1 child is allowed during the service however any other guest are not permitted at this time.

Service prices are non negotiable, however communicate with your stylist on additional service prices for your desired style.

Any additional services requested will be added on to the final service price.

If you’ve had any major surgeries or have undergone anesthesia within the last 1-3weeks please notify your stylist to prevent hair loss.

A 10 minute grace period is given due to extenuating circumstances.

After 15 minutes a $10 late fee will be added to the service.

After 20 minutes the service will be canceled. No Call No Show, will result in booking suspension.

Keep in mind if you DID NOT submit your deposit your booking is unconfirmed.
